Universal Couplings, someone calls Cardan Shaft, universal spindles, or universal joint shaft. The main purpose of Universal Coupling is to transmit the power co-axially without or with minimum resistance. The benefit of using Universal Coupling instead of Rigid Coupling is that it can transfer Drive/Power even if the line of action is differed up to 30 Degree axially.
