What is the producing process for Cardan Shafts?
Let's have a look at it.
After the drawing confirmed, the order received, the factory needs to prepare raw materials. Usually, we have a normal type in the warehouse, if a special one, we need to purchase outside.
All materials for Cardan shafts are ready, then start to produce.
- What will be the important production?
Yes, Forging, drilling, welding, installing, and painting. Let's start one by one.
1. First of all, the forging blank at both ends of the central hole drilling, rough outside a few big steps.
2. Conduct tempering.In this step we need external processing, quenching to remove the bad impurities inside the parts to make the Cardan shaft parts harder.
3. Semi-precision car steps, outer circle, and length of the spare, and then take the center frame car to the total length.
4. Drilling of through holes in the central Cardan shaft flange.
5. Enamel tapered holes at both ends, bore bored heads at both ends, and drill center holes to prepare for grinding.
6. Fine turning of each gear outer circle and step plane with grinding allowance, and chamfering of each groove on the outer circle.
7. Grinding all kinds of cylindrical and step planes to size
8, Measure all size by hands to avoid mistake when Cardan Shafts finished
9, All parts finished, start to install and welding
10, Balance Test, all cardan shafts we test before painting
11, After Cardan shafts balance test, waiting for painting
12, Finished paint, After the painting is finished, wait for it to dry before packing
13, Packing and shipping, normal packing or pack with woodencase, depends on customers' requirement
