A new week has begun, and this week, the whole of Jiangsu Province has entered autumn, and according to common sense, autumn should be a season of abundance. The fruit is plentiful and the breeze is cool. In reality, we are sweating all the time, headaches, and brain fever. Even so, our employees are still full of enthusiasm for work.

Here are the key sessions for the week.
- Safety, safety is an age-old issue and one that we always need to be aware of during the production of our driveshafts. Transmission shaft production is very important, the customer is very important, but the staff's personal safety is more important. Our sound body will be more full of spirit to produce quality transmission shaft, service our various customers.
- Delivery time, commitment is the guarantee, the touchstone. The delivery date of the transmission shaft we promised must be achieved, even if it is overtime must also be completed. The quality and quantity must be guaranteed, and the delivery date must be reached at the same time to ensure the quality of the drive shaft.
- Assembly department, the assembly department colleagues in each department handover, must be handed over clearly, try to avoid the drive shaft material do more, capacity waste, handover list needs to be perfect, before assembly to see the requirements and list before the drive shaft parts production.
- Quality, quality is our core, good quality to attract customers, and keep customers. Recently the weather has been hot, but the quality of our driveshaft has not slackened because of the weather. On the contrary, the quality of the drive shaft has increased. This is a good thing, we need to continue to persist and keep up the good work. At the moment we mainly produce light and medium-duty driveshafts, but as we improve our quality and technology, we will challenge the heavy-duty driveshafts as well.
- Inspection. We inspect each drive shaft as it is manufactured. This week, we focus on the length, diameter, and vertical axis of the shafts and ask for the cooperation of all departments. If there are any quality problems, fines will be levied in serious cases.
